| "No Show / No Call" Policy A student is required to contact our office by calling
(800) 804-6051 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Should the student
fail to call in advance to change a scheduled date, and fail to appear for the
scheduled class the student will forfeit their payment and will be charged an
additional sixty-dollar fee to reschedule the program. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
A student must contact our office via the telephone
(800) 804-6051 during regular business hours to cancel a scheduled class 24
hours in advance or will be charged an additional sixty dollars. Space in each
class is limited by state regulation therefore making it imperative that
students notify our office of a cancellation 24 hours in advance. No exceptions.
Please be advised you must arrive
promptly on time and be prepared with a photo ID. Failure to comply will
result in forfeiture of payment and you will be denied entry into the
